1. The public website
FusionWall and this website are operated by Peak View Cybersecurity LLC, doing business as KratosphereAI. Fusionwall.io does not use cookies, analytics, advertising pixels, account sign-in, or third-party page resources. Ordinary hosting infrastructure can process basic request information such as IP address, requested path, timestamp, and browser information for delivery, security, and troubleshooting.
2. Access requests and email
The launch-access form opens your email application. The website does not receive or store the form in a website database. If you send the message, KratosphereAI and the email providers involved receive the information you chose to send. Do not include confidential customer, patient, employee, account, or credential information.
3. The FusionWall desktop product
FusionWall is designed so raw files, protected mappings, restored answers, vault contents, private keys, local receipts, and recovery material remain under local customer authority. The product does not turn those local records into a KratosphereAI cloud account.
4. Chosen AI providers
When an authorized user approves a hosted AI request, the protected request, required provider metadata, and provider credential are sent to the fixed API endpoint for the provider selected by the customer. Provider agreements, retention settings, and data-use terms remain the customer’s responsibility.
5. Support information
If you send diagnostics or evidence for support, you choose the material transmitted. Use the product’s redacted diagnostic export when available and inspect any attachment before sending it. Support records are used to answer the request, maintain security, and document resolution.
6. Retention and requests
Pre-launch and support email is kept only as reasonably needed for the conversation, security, records, and applicable legal obligations. To request access, correction, or deletion of information you sent to KratosphereAI, email support@fusionwall.io. Some records may need to be retained for security, transaction, or legal reasons.
7. Changes
Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date. Product releases can also include build-specific privacy and data-flow notes.
