1. License grant
Subject to payment and these terms, Peak View Cybersecurity LLC, doing business as KratosphereAI (“KratosphereAI”), grants the named customer a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to install and use the purchased FusionWall major version on the licensed number of computers for the customer’s internal work.
2. Perpetual major-version use
The purchased major version remains usable indefinitely on its licensed computer, subject to these terms. An update subscription controls access to later eligible builds; expiration of update eligibility does not by itself remove the perpetual right to the last eligible major-version build.
3. Workstation binding and transfer
A license is bound to an installation identity. Moving a license to a replacement computer requires the supported transfer or reissue process and may require proof that the prior installation is no longer in use. A backup copy may be kept solely for recovery.
4. Standard and Pro
Standard licenses the complete local workstation product. Pro licenses the Pro features shown on the order, including organization coordination. Pro does not transfer ownership of customer files, prompts, responses, keys, or local receipts to KratosphereAI.
5. Restrictions
You may not share one seat across more computers than purchased, resell or sublicense the software, remove entitlement checks, use the software to provide an unlicensed hosted service, or reverse engineer it except where applicable law expressly allows that activity despite this restriction.
6. Customer responsibilities
The customer is responsible for computer security, backups, user access, provider accounts and terms, policy choices, approval decisions, and determining whether the product is appropriate for its work. FusionWall reduces exposure; it does not remove the need for review.
7. Early Access
An Early Access build can contain incomplete features or platform limitations. Use synthetic information for evaluation, follow release notes, and do not rely on an unapproved build for production or regulated work.
8. Termination and effect
A material breach can terminate the license after any cure period required by an order form or applicable law. On termination, stop using the software and remove licensed copies. Customer-owned local data remains subject to the customer’s own retention and recovery decisions.
9. Warranties and liability
Any warranty, remedy, liability cap, indemnity, and governing-law terms are stated in the signed order form or build-specific agreement. This public page does not create a service-level agreement or a compliance warranty.
